.......makes great ground meat. Ground ribeye ($3.99#) Stacked enchiladas
1.5# Ground ribeye
0.5 tsp garlic powder
0.5 tsp chili powder
1.0 tsp Lawry's
1/2 can beans (optional)
1/4 cup chopped green chile
1/2 cup sour cream
6 oz Salsa

Layer corn tortillas with mix and shredded cheese
Top with more salsa and fresh lime

I haven't had stacked enchiladas in ages. Thanks for the inspiration Adams! Yours looks delicious!!

Top with more salsa and fresh lime.Most likely it will be meat that has lost its marketable appearance. I recently saw the best meat grinder and am thinking of getting one for myself as well.


There are recipes with lamb as well. In addition, the price of purchased minced meat will certainly not be lower than the price of the meat itself. And, again, we don't know what's in it.
