There was a member here that had a huge thread about starting a restaurant...lot of trials in it, but he had a ridiculously simple approach ta hot pickles. He posted the recipe and it was very, very fine...can't remember his name though.

I take the jar and empty the juices - replace that with sugar and let things dissolve and rest for a couple of days. Gets some major sweet heat working but you'd better have a cold brew nearby.... IMHO. :thumb:
