Ya looking forward to this. I'm lucky that I can get lamb shoulders at on of my local international markets as you can't get them anywhere else. It really is such a cool spin on a "pulled meat". Some shoulders are gamey'ier than others. Makes banging tacos!

... and a suitable dessert to go with it ...

You can get some nice colour into lamb, especially on a roti, but to be real kosher, it must be accompanied by the Government-approved, historically accurate dessert … a pavlova. [Insider guidance … the pavlova must include passionfruit on the top as does this one]
