I'm currently smoking a 9 il. butt that should come off around 9:30 - 10:00. Normally I start them in the morning for dinner that night but this one will be served around noontime tomorrow. Would I be better off wrapping it up and pull it say at 11 in the morning or just pull it this evening and then reheating with some added apple juice? Would a butt that is wrapped keep a reasonable heat that long?

Thanks for your suggestions

If your oven will go low enough you could take it off and let the temp drop to about 160° then put in a pan with som au jus and cover with foil and let it rest in the oven over night. If you can’t go below 170° then I would pull and reheat tomorrow.

Sorry for late reply, but another approach would be to leave it whole, wrap in plastic wrap after cooling slightly, continue to cool then put in fridge. Reheat whole, then pull and add any sauce you intend to use. I've done it both ways, determined by how much of a rush I'd be in the next day or cooling performance of fridge.
