THE Sauce recipe I have guarded for 15 of my 40 year obsession with it it now released. THE Angelos Beefy/Sour no sugar sauce. Took me maybe 5 years to figure it out. Finally did by looking up what was available as far as product to make it in 1957. BY the way - STOP SAYING JOHN LEWIS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE "LAWRYS TECHINQUE." It started with Angelos.
