Finally got my new cooker put together today and had to break it in. Since it was a day of first i decided to prepare a dish i have yet to make.
The Lengendary Pepper Stout Beef
But first i shall debut my new toy.....i have dubbed it "The Shredder"
I know pretty cool huh?

Rained and snow all cook. I broke out the maverick to hrlp dial in temps. Made sure to protect the mav.
At the stall i added the chucky to a pan of onion, green and red peppers. I poured a 22 oz guiness over it and cover in foil. Heres the results
I toasted some buttered rolls in the broiler and topped them with provelone cheese for sammies.
I enjoyed learning my new cooker and trying a brethren favorite.
