Hey All,
I don't really post here much I usually went to smf the last 4 years but they're having admin issues so. I been smokin only about 4 years now. I had made attempts before but they were so bad I don't consider it cookin lol. I run a Masterbuilt gravity feed 560 and it's been bulletproof for the 4 years I have had it. I usually do ribs... not really doing steaks much due to food prices and my chicken goes into my wok lol. I'll be doing a short rib block this next week and I have a pork shoulder in the freezer for a couple weeks from now. Lookin forward to some fun conversations and some knowledge sharing.
