Made a reduction with red wine, pomegranate juice, butter and a touch of corn flour.







Made a potatoes pancake, cut thinly fried in butter.

Salt only on the lamb and on the Weber,removed when it was 51c internal

Goodness gracious that all looks superb.

But rump slider reminds me of a splintery and painful picnic table bench experience! :p
