BIG difference in taste - drinking the CR now. Seems richer/deeper/fuller whatever you call it compared to when I ground with the blade grinder. :thumb: Looking forward to french press this weekend!

Most of the difference that you noticed is because of the consistent grind size. A blade grinder creates many sized particles that all extract at different rates, so some get over-extracted while others are under-extracted.
