Had some chicken legs. Marinaded for 3 hours or so in dill pickle juice. Then seasoned some with a Nashville hot rub for myself and Oakridge Secret Weapon for the family. Turned out good. Fairly spicy since I went heavy on seasoning. I will be using a pickle brine again!

Both look great to me! You tell your family they should enjoy that Secret Weapon while it lasts? I should have ordered some before they shut down operations.

That has been my wife's favorite brand of rubs for about 5 years. I made sure to order some...not too much but enough to make some Q for a while.
