Well, did a freezer dive today and forgot we had 2 lbs of thin sliced NY strip. Been wanting to make a bulgogi type dish on my griddle top, so decided today was the day.
Made a marinade and let it sit in fridge for 2.5-3 hours
On the griddle it went, marinade and all until browned and seared
All done...took about 5-10 minutes or so
The plate...added rice and Asian dressing salad, garnished with extra sauce, green onions and sesame seeds. This is the fanciest dish I have ever made, and it was freaking tasty!!!!
not tooting my own horn, but for a last minute freezer dive meal, it turned out REALLY GOOD! As always thanks for looking!
