Using an idea from Moose, here

Prepping Christmas dinner of shrimp and filet, I finely chopped 1/3 bunch cilantro, 1 jalapeño, 1/2 poblano with salt, pepper, and cumin in a plastic bag. Then added enough olive oil to get everything damp, followed by three filets. Marinated for 2 hours, then grilled. There was a big difference in taste between these and filets that only had salt & pepper, over the same two hours. We were so hungry, no photos of the finish. But, the prep is the important part.

Thanks Moose.
