Seared skirt steak very rare with sliced pepper,onion,jalapeno, and habanero. Topped with mango and cotoja cheese

Beer battered shrimp taco with leftover chipotle slaw and cotija cheese

Day 3 just started by firing up offset. Neighbor just had baby so dinner is on me tonight

Well, that's right neighborly of you, but if I remember correctly, babies don't eat no BBQ...

And to round off weekend threw some smash burgers on flat top for the games. All in all a great weekend and was able to get a lot done around house
