Burger originates from Pete's Breakfast House from right here in Ventura, California. One of the best places you can live in the whole wild world.

My take on this TD cook

Since this is a TD and we can make it our way I went the guacamole route instead of sliced avocados

Like it called for 50/50 Chorizo and Beef

Seasoned the beef

Chipotle mayo spead

Butter toasted brioche buns

Lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, cilantro, jalapeno, habanero

Guac, Colby Jack

Served

I usually do the tree, lights etc the weekend of Thanksgiving so I figured what the heck. :laugh: Last year I had the tree up in late October. I never ever bothered taking down the tree at the cabin. :mrgreen: It all goes by so fast and it's cool to have Christmas in July sometimes.
