Dayne's Craft Barbecue finally has a brick and mortar in Aledo TX. It's an awesome downtown building in a community built around the railroad. Pretty awesome place ran by some even better people. Easily one of my top 5 bbq joints I've ever been to and I've been to a lot.

Was just at Daynes this weekend, 2/3/24, the food was outstanding, including the sides.
No long wait, plenty of tables and plenty of parking.
Pretty little town too.
My son claims it's his #3 favorite, compared to Goldees and Franklin, but essentially it's so close not to matter. We had the big platter with a sampling of everything and added a small beef rib, Zero complaints!
