Mixed all marinade ingredients.
Cut beef 5mm thick
Marinated 24 hours
Peppered and let air in refrigerator 4 hours
Cold smoked 3 hours (Apple, Hickory, Bourbon Pellets)
Dehydrated 6 hrs at 165°
