For dinner the other night, The Misuss requested Sako’s bacon wrapped chicken creation, which became an instant favorite after we first tried it:

First, chicken breasts were brined for a few hours, then wrapped tightly in bacon:
Seasoned with Oakridge Secret Weapon:
Weber kettle set up for indirect:
Added the bacon wrapped breasts to the cool side of the grill, then threw on a few small pieces of cherry wood and closed the kettle:
About ¾ done, probably 25 minutes:
Nice little smoky bacon wrapped packages:
Sliced:
And served with some mashed tatoes & homemade gravy The Missus whipped up:
