Again. lol This time I went with a bacon, butter, scallion, garlic wild rice blend. I didn't take any prep pics. I'm trying to cut down on pics. lol
Used the tractor tire rim.
I started a pan of edamame in seasoned chicken stock, directly over the fire, and placed the salmon down the center of the rim, move the fire to the sides for indirect heat.
Nothing to do, but kick back and fish, while the salmon cooks.
I pull the salmon from the heat when the juices start to rise.
Supper. Salmon, edamame and garden tomatoes.
It was a nice week of camping at the lake. I'm ready to go back.
