This looks ammmmmazing! Details on the sauce??

Just a simple vinaigrette.

1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
3 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Olive oil

Put everything in the blender, except the olive oil, turn on high, and drizzle oil in slowly. You can use any vinegar you want. I would have used Balsamic, if I hadn't been out. You can also add Honey for honey mustard, or different herbs, depending on what you plan on doing with it.

Looks good. Love brussel sprouts. And bacon.

I'm thinking some sort of garlic, mayo, lemon, parmesan dipping sauce might go well with that. Or maybe skip the lemon. Try to incorporate balsamic vinegar into the dipping sauce.

Any other ideas for dipping sauces?

Robert

I have had bacon and brussel sprouts with a hoisin sauce glaze and it was amazing so I would assume a hoisin sauce dipping sauce would definitely work.

Why I never thought of wrapping brussel sprouts in bacon completely baffles me. However, they will be on the menu next weekend.

Thanks for the idea and reminder that I am absent-minded...
