Chile Gravy for Chili

And other chili/chile dishes Enchiladas-Queso-Taco Salad etc

1-2 Tabelspoons oil such as smoked beef tallow
Heat
Add up to 1/2 Cup Chile*/Chili Powder
Stir make paste don’t burn
Add chicken bullion
Add water or chicken stock slowly stirring
Add hunts tomato sauce
Stir till thickness desired

*if using real Powdered Chile add garlic, cumin, paprika etc
Chili Powder such as Mexenes, Gebhardt, already have it
