We've done a few comps where PC samples were offered to the public. Small selling window, and usually 3 ounces for $2, with $1 back to the team. Like others we've sold the unused comp meats and have done Pig Candy, ABT's, and a few other items.
I curious what others are offering? What is cheap to make, profitable to sell, and not a lot of work to make?
