Dinner: Vietnamese style steak and noodle summer salad.
This is a summer salad that’s served cold.
Hangar steak from Wild Fork Foods, seasoned with Q-Salt and grilled on the 26” Weber.
The salad is rice noodles and a coleslaw with a Vietnamese inspired dressing (shallots, fish sauce, lime, garlic, brown sugar and rice wine vinegar).
This was topped with fresh mint and strawberries from the Naturiffic garden and crispy fried shallots.
It was tasty!
