Yet more sausage

Did you know there is a month long SausageFest Throwdown going on? You should enter!

Ran across another sausage from a Chicago area sausage company that's been around for over 100 years, Parker House. Haven't seen it around in stores for quite a few years.

Cook up some beans while the sausage cooks up.

Served up along with some coleslaw. Sausage was pretty good, good snap to the skin, juicy and not overly spicy, although it sure did shrivel up pretty quickly.

Love Ream's, but it's a bit of a hike. My favorite is still the Wurst Kitchen that you turned me on to. They have so many delicious fresh sausages.

I was on 47 from Yorkville to Lake Geneva, then switched over to like 43 or something up there.


Went to Whitewater. Wife ran a 50K. 31 frigging miles! Like 2nd place or something.


I came in first, first to finish my Spotted Cow.


Number of brewery's I saw on 47. A hike for me, a walk for you, and a trot for Ron.


We need to get him out before he becomes a vagabond
