I decided to break out the rotisserie attachment for a couple chickens on my 22.5" Weber Smokey Mountain. Mixed up some rosemary, garlic and lime zest with a stick of butter and smeared it under the skin. For the rub I used Big Pappas Smokers Money Championship Rub on one bird and Plowboys Yardbird Rub on the other. A chunk of pecan and a chunk of cherry for smoke. Should turn out pretty decent, we shall see.
