I decided to break out the rotisserie attachment for a couple chickens on my 22.5" Weber Smokey Mountain. Mixed up some rosemary, garlic and lime zest with a stick of butter and smeared it under the skin. For the rub I used Big Pappas Smokers Money Championship Rub on one bird and Plowboys Yardbird Rub on the other. A chunk of pecan and a chunk of cherry for smoke. Should turn out pretty decent, we shall see.

Added some red potatoes to the drip pan and the color is looking good on the chickens, now on to my next beer..
