Did some steaks over wood fire for dad's 74th birthday. Turned out good. Started a nice fire of red oak and cooked up good. Did a nice ribeye for dad, some top sirloin for mom and myself, and a small ribeye for the wife. Did some crab legs on the kettle. Wood fire is a little longer cook but man it's tasty!
