Wings and Veggies

Somewhat of an odd Easter Dinner, the Ham and Sweet Potatoes will wait until tomorrow. When you've got a good number of veggies that need to be grilled there's no time like the present.

The Blackstone gets the Eggplant -

Red Peppers -

and Zucchini -

While the Goldens' is set up indirect for the Chicken Wings, seasoned with Lefty's -

Plated, along with Asparagus which was steamed. Quite the colorful plate and it's great for a WW friendly Sunday dinner. Still successful each week dropping the weight, nearly at goal and that's all that matters -

The Wings weren't as crispy as usual, probably since I omitted (ok, forgot) the dredge in a corn/potato starch mixture. But Lefty's always comes through.
