Make jokes, i get it, your one of those purists. But anyone who ever owned a showtime will tell you it makes excellent rotisserie chicken. Its the only thing i use it to cook.

Good chicken is no laughing matter so ... lol

Most of us might use a different tool but as long as you're happy with what you're using then it's all good.

I cook indirect at 450°, more or less....
