... made with Chicken Meatballs?


I'm not sure but I'd say delicious!!!


I like making Moink Balls with frozen meatballs because they're easy and well received. This time I decided to change it up a little. I used some Cranberry Jalapeno Chicken Meatballs (from Costco). Wrapped them in bacon and seasoned with a little rub. Cooked on the Weber Performer with a little Hickory wood. Once crisp I coated them in some Pineapple Habanero sauce (also from Costco) then put them back on for a few minutes. Once done, I poured a little sauce over top. The different meatballs really were a nice touch. I'll definitely be making this combo again.
