Valentine’s Day Chuckie

Smoked a nice chuck roast for dinner today.
I used a Chipotle Seasoning Rub recipe I got from #HeyGrillHey.
Smoked on the grate for 4 hrs, then for 5 hrs in a black pot with a stick of butter.
So easy to pull apart, more like fall apart.
Topped with banana pepper rings on fajita tortillas.
Very tasty.
