Gents, I just finished my UPS Cooke 6 burgers it went 12 hours with out issue, Graet cooker for the money. I want to do leg quarters for the guys at work. What temps do you guys cook your Chicken leg Quarters out at and for how long? I am sure the temp is going to be 225 to 275, but correct me if I am wrong.

Thank You Very Much

Depends on what temperature you cook at.
225 - 250 approx 2 1/2 hours
250 - 275 approx 2 hours
275 - 300 approx 1 1/2
300+ watch your thermometers

Now head on over to the cattle call and tell us a little about yourself.

I usually do them 300*+. I like the way they come out better at the higher temp and they usually take around 1 1/2 hours depending on how many you put on the grill. I just did some at 250* - 275* and the wife even said they weren't as good as usual.JMHO_YMMV
