Brined turkey breast, peas and carrots, crusty Italian bread. mmmm.

Nice bark. What did you rub it with?

I brined it overnight with 1/2 cup espresso and 1/2 cup molasses,4 cups water 3 tablespoons of salt. Rubbed it with salt, pepper, dry mustard, toasted coriander, onion powder, old bay and sage.
 
Great looking turkey breast!! Dibs on any leftovers. lol :wink:
