I never liked BBQ Sauce until I entered the trades.

I hated the sticky sweet sauce that masked the flavor of the meat.

After the first trade round, I realized that there are some really great sauces that compliment the natural flavor of the meat, rather than mask it.

While I still don't cook with sauces, I do use them to glaze and enhance flavors, or simply serve them on the side like a normal condiment. I have regular sauces that I now keep in my pantry.
