4 lbs of 80/20
2 28oz. T-Bones
80 oz Rib Roast
And 4 racks of beef ribs
Today was a real good day

I was in Lincoln and Omaha this week and saw a bunch of billboard ads for Piedmontese Beef. Is it any good?
