Time For a Strip

I found a 20 oz Angus strip at our local Aldi for a good price.

Gorgeous day today and rolled some smoke. :-D

Rubbed with SuckleBuster's Campfire and Espresso and cooked with mesquite chips on the BGE.

It is surprising how good of meat Aldi's has. I can never walk out of there without 4 to 6 ribeyes. I'll have to try a strip one of these times. You sure make it look good. 5:00 AM and I am already hungry, lol

Looks great! A local butcher in my area has been running Wagyu NY strip for $20 / LB and they are the most delicious steak you'll ever have! Matter of fact, I'll be picking up a couple today since they are on sale! haha
