Never been but I think it's about meeting good people, bbq, maybe seeing some nice cookers, eating a wide variety of food. I'm going to meet everyone. They always post pics and it looks like a really good time.

I skipped thru a lot of the planning and such started at the day of the bash.

Seriously, if you're hesitant to come out because you're new to this site or just don't want to be "that new guy nobody talks to" come out! This is a great group of folks that are very welcoming, fun, entertaining, etc. You'll eat great food (possibly too much) and learn some new things and just have a wonderful time.

Okay, y'all, it's 2:30 in the morning and I've been up almost 40 hours. My brain is fried. Are the date and location settled? Is it too late for me to throw my hat in the ring? Will someone please PM details, please. I'm afraid I'll forget to check back to this thread. I feel like a big baby needing extra help. Oy

Dan, date has not been definitely decided (to the best of my knowledge) but Oct 17th is most probable at this time.
