Hey everyone! I have been very busy and this is my first post in a long, long time. I still have been light9ing up the UDS and kettle and have documented most of the cooks so I will be posting those cooks as I get time. Here is a surf and turf I cooked up last night. I have been fishing a lot lately, with little success, but I have not let that little success translate to 0 fresh lake erie perch and walleye dinners. I smoked a filet of walleye and a filet of perch fresh from lake erie on the kettle with some apple and cherry wood and also grilled up two lamb chops. It was my first time grilling lamb and I loved it. I marinated it in evoo, freshly chopped rosemary, freshly minced garlic, and cayenne pepper, and then sprinkled with seasonello (this suff is the best)
