Sunday Stockup Ver 5/8

Pastrami, chicken & cheddar jalepeno brats
Started out by putting the chicken in a 48 hour soak

Onto the 18" with the corned beef and sausage

Sausage is done and tastes excellent, a Sprout's 99 cent deal

Chicken went on after the beef went into a steam pot

Chicken is done

And so is the pastrami to be cut for sandwiches during the week
