Today was ham for the crew at Nellie's job, meatballs, sausage and chicken quarters
Chicken got put into a SBR teriyaki marinade

The meat for the meatballs, a total of $6.00 worth from Sprouts on managers specials, mixed with a couple eggs and 2 Gringo's Chupacabra Rub

The ham was a .99 cent special @ Sprouts

Hot italian and some form of unknown sausage

Ham into the 18" rubbed with Obie-Cue's Sweet N' Heat and BPS Sweet Money

Ham is done

Next the meatballs

And done

And finally the chicken and sausage

Sausage done

Chicken done
