Step 1
Debone the legs. I created an instructional video

I stuffed some drumsticks with apricots, raisins and agave nectar.

Put ingredients in the food processor.

Verdict:
I put way too much stuffing in the drumsticks and the fruit overpowered the chicken, but that is easily fixed.

Anyone have any ideas for my next batch of stuffed drumsticks? I'm going to the grocery store tonight.

I've also done some that were stuffed with breadcrumbs (smashed croutons), chopped spinach and bacon that turned out well.

I do chicken wings, and go in the Thai direction with a red or green chili sauce with rice, pork, and veggies. Wings sure are female dog to debone, though.

Yes, those drummies look tasty! And, if you use the raisen, apricot stuffing you get your fiber too!
Like the idea of sausage, jalepeno and cornbread...maybe some kind of cheese too. I need to try these.
Thanks for the video.
