Stewp- Green Chile Smoked Turkey

MSU Stewp with leftovers in progress. Sauteed onion, celery, carrot and added chopped garlic. Cavenders and Goya. After a good sweat, added green chile sauce, Goya Sazon packet and water. Also had about 1/4# of seasoned burger leftover from Taco Tuesday, dumped that in the pot as well along with one pound of cubed smoked turkey from Christmas Day.
Now just adding--and last ingredient, is time.
