Found some skirt steaks on sale and decided on something different for them. Got some fresh bread from the grocery store and onions and peppers.
Marinated it all in Moores, worsetoshire, lowrys, salt, and black pepper.

Put the veggies in a pan with the marinade and cooked them.

Got the steaks going.

Used provolone and Sharp Chedder and cut the bread into individual pieces. Then started building.

Plated with Doritos.

Then had some peanut butter cup ice cream with Hersey Syrup for desert!
 
there's always room for ice cream, it melts and fills in the voids in your stomach.
Somewhere in there, some steak was resting on top of bread and there was a void created, that ice cream filled it!! Therefor there's always room!

Lol! Sounds like a scientific fact to me!
