Saw Kosmo'sQ do something like this on his YouTube channel a while back and had been wanting to give it a try.
Took a rack of St. Louis cut spare ribs and seasoned them With Meat Church Holy Gospel rub and then went over the top with a layer of Kosmo'sQ Ghost Pepper Wing Dust.
Smoked on my OKJ Bronco over Western Lump Charcoal and some oak chunks.
Time to wrap and sprinkle with a little more wing dust.
Hit with some Ken's Steakhouse blue cheese dressing.
