Hi everyone

Greetings from South Africa! Someone mentioned a bbq forum on a knife forum I belong to, so with the help of Google I found Bbq Brethren. We love to braai (afrikaans word for bbq) in SA but in the brief look around your forum I've seen loads of delicious food that I never would have thought to try on a bbq and lots of interesting terms like fatties, UDS, big green eggs etc. So I thought I'd sign up and learn how to bring some tastes of the USA to SA!
