"This video contains an unboxing, assembly and review on the ProQ 20 Excel also known as the Napoleon Apollo 3 n 1 . Its a vertical water smoker, sometimes they call this a Bullet Smoker. It has an enormous capacity, good build quality and great features"

Thanks for the advice. I will definitely take a look at this.

It is much more reasonably priced compared to the Gateway and Weber in Australia. Also, it gives me the option of using the second grate while still using the water pan, which isn't an option with the Gateway.

Thanks again for your help. You have gone beyond the call of duty to help me out. I will let you know what I decide.

Cool videos. Would you care about this being 2 inches less in diameter that the WSM - or is that a non-issue?

Looks awesome. Other than being 2 inches smaller, I can't see why I wouldn't pick the Pro Q over the Weber given that it saves me approximately $265 (US dollars). That is a lot of nice meat that I can buy with the change. Thanks again.

On another note Casho, you work at Holsworthy or just live out that way?

I grew up in Blakehurst.

I just live out here.

Ohio is is a long way from Blakehurst. How did you end up making the move? It must be great from an American BBQ perspective. I can't believe how cheap quality cookers are over there.
