True story - I cooked a tritip last night, and a girl that hasn't eaten beef or pork in over 20 years (since she was 7) had a couple pieces. She liked it, and now says she wants to try some pulled pork.

It was honestly the worst tritip I've ever made (not many), but that was because I didn't like the rub. It was a popular competition rub that I got in a big order and wanted to try, but it was sweet and I just don't like sweet with beef. Maybe that's a Texas thing? Either way, I love me some tritip, and yours looks even more amazing than what I've been doing. Guess I need to spend the dough on some of this SRF meat to try it out.
