Smoked Shark.

I would say bull shark. I catch a lot of black tips and we eat them sometimes. The big key we have found is cleaning them as soon as we land them. We gut them and get them on ice immediately. They turn out fine. I have never eaten a black tip over about 3 feet. I have caught a number of bull sharks, although I have never eaten one that I know of. I say go for it.
