Smoked meatball sammich on the Jumbo Joe

This was a quick weeknight cook that I'm getting a chance to post now.

JJ set up for indirect

50/50 pork butt and beef chuck meatballs

About 45 mins

Fresh baked rolls

Marinara sauce and freshly sliced mozzarella

Back on the JJ to broil :nod:

Ready

Served

Last bite and still moist

What all did you add to the meat mix?

What all did you add to the meat mix?

Salt, pepper, garlic powder, a touch of cumin, a dash of cayenne, minced onion, finely chopped fresh parsley. Pretty much eyeballed everything to my taste. No egg as a binder either.

You can also hit it with a little bit of Italian seasoning if you prefer.
