Smashburgers on the Blackstone

Bachelor dinner. The Mrs is off visiting with the grandkids for a few days. Today was the day I decided to cook outdoors so the menu was simple: Smashburgers!

The winds are whipping again, but the Blackstone seems to be holding its own.

I'm not eating all four, but I might as well grill them all for leftovers tomorrow -

Smashed and flipped. Seasoned with Blackstone Whiskey Burger -

The side of choice today is Tater Tots -

Buns toasting -

Cheese added -

Served on my finest plates -

Nothing like a good Cheeseburger on the Blackstone!
