Happened upon some rather nice wild-caught tiger shrimp, so shrimp tacos...

Step one - make cabbage slaw to top the tacos. Thin slice cabbage. Dressing made of 1/3 sour cream, 1/3 mayonnaise, 1/3 ranch dressing. Add your favorite salsa to taste. Season with a locally made BBQ rub for fish and seafood.

Step 2 - grill up some mini-bell peppers and green onions and cut into slices.

Step 3 - Shrimp coated in the same locally made fish rub and quickly grilled over high heat.

Step 4 - Layer of slaw on tortilla, add peppers and onions, lay on shrimp and favorite hot sauce. Fold tortilla and eat.

The leftover fixins went into omelets this morning.

We eat fish and/or shrimp tacos a few times a month. And these look great!

My wife does a cabbage slaw with mayo and lime juice, among other things. I could see the sour cream being good as well.
