Shorts ribs and salmon

Smaller meats today so one of my 22" Weber Kettles got the call today with the Slow n Sear. Short Ribs rubbed with Stawberry's All Purpose rub and a cherry rub mix. The Salmon got Sweet Luv and cherry rub mix. Ribs for me and salmon for my wife. A mix of pecan and cherry chunks for a kiss of smoke. We were both happy! [emoji4]
